1. This type of slitting machine is an ideal model for slitting all kinds of paper, such as self-adhesive paper, kraft paper and so on.
2. The whole machine is centrally controlled by PLC and operated by touch screen man-machine interface.
3. Magnetic powder brake is adopted for unwinding, and the coil diameter is automatically calculated by PLC to realize constant tension control.
4. The winding is driven by variable frequency motor to realize constant linear speed control by PLC.
5. The loading and unloading of the winding adopts hydraulic lifting type, which is suitable for the workshop without crane, which can save manpower and shorten the loading and unloading time.
6. EPC deviation correction device is adopted for unwinding, which can accurately control the neat accuracy of material edges, and photoelectric or gas sensitive deviation correction is optional.
7. The PLC computer system has the functions of starting buffer, stopping anti loosening, meter counting, speed counting, winding diameter calculation and so on.
