Vacuum metallizer machine for high quality food packaging films has the features of high pumping speed, large free air capacity, high vacuum degree,small energy consumption, easy operation and maintenance as well as stable performance.
The major usage for the machine is to metallized an Aluminium coating on the roll plastic films such as BOPET,CPP,BOPP,PVC,LDPE and BOPA. The main applications of metallized materials are in the fields such as clothing, packaging, security and electronic industry etc.

High Quality
Substrates, in particualr low tension or heat sensitive films such as CPP and PE, benefit from our Free Span Metallizer. Because our design avoids large thermal gradient between the cooled process drum and the hot film surface, and reduces the radiant heat, most intractable problems like light line, wirnkle, spatter and micro-cracking are solved. Consequentially, both functional and aesthetic performences of coated film get improved.
Short Waiting Time
Inverter Frequency Control and the short pump tube in the Vacuum System minimizes the time spent in pumping; There is no edge shields to adjust and clean, as well as no drum to clean, these advantages increase the productive time daramtically.
